河北省2003～2005年脊髓灰质炎病毒检测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析河北省脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)实验室的监测状况,及时发现疫苗衍生株脊灰病毒或输入性脊灰野病毒。[方法]对河北省2003～2005年脊灰实验室检测资料进行分析。[结果]2003～2005年河北省15岁以下儿童急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)报告发病率分别为2.34/10万、2.62/10万和3.22/10万;双份合格粪便标本采集率分别为99.5%、99.5%和94.3%;粪便标本7天内送达率分别为92.7%、98.1%和97.4%;28天内完成病毒分离鉴定率分别为91.4%、88.2%和91.7%;脊灰病毒(PV)阳性株送达国家脊灰实验室及时率分别为95.4%、100.0%和100.0%。PV分离率分别为11.6%、6.4%和4.2%;非脊灰肠道病毒(NPEV)分离率分别为13.2%、6.7%和9.0%。[结论]2003～2005年未发现疫苗衍生脊灰病毒或输入性脊灰野病毒。[Objective]To study the surveillance results of polio laboratory in Hebei,in order to find vaccine-derived poliovirus(VDPV)and wild-type poliovirus in time.[Methods]To analyze the polio laboratory surveillance data of Hebei Province from 2003 to 2005.[Results]The reported incidence rates of non-polio acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)were 2.34,2.62 and 3.22 per one hundred thousand children under 15 years old respectively from 2003 to 2005.The collection rates of eligible AFP stool specimens were 99.5%,99.5% and 94.3% respectively.The rates of transporting specimens to provincial polio laboratory in provided time were 92.7%,98.1% and 97.4% respectively.The reported rates in provided time were 91.4%、88.2% and 91.7% respectively.The rates for the transporting of positive specimen to national polio laboratory in provided time were 95.4%,100.0% and 100.0% respectively.The isolation rates of the polio viruses were 11.6%,6.4% and 4.2% respectively.The isolation rate of the non-polio enteroviruses(NPEV)were 13.2%,6.7% and 9.0% respectively.[Conclusion]No wild polioviruses or VDPVs were found in Hebei.
