肾移植术后早期静脉留置针肝素液封管浓度的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肾移植患者静脉留置针用稀释肝素封管的效果。方法将90例肾移植患者随机分成3组,每组30例,试验1组用3ml肝素盐水(50u/ml)封管,试验2组用3ml肝素盐水(25u/ml)封管,对照组用3ml肝素盐水(125u/ml)封管,对堵管、局部渗漏的发生率、凝血酶原时间(PT)及凝血酶时间(TT)进行比较。结果3组肝素封管液堵管的发生率无显著差异,试验组间PT及TT值无明显差异,与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组与对照组局部渗漏的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组明显高于实验组。结论肾移植术后患者早期静脉留置针使用3ml肝素盐水(每毫升含肝素25u)封管较安全可靠。Objective To examine the effect of different concentration of diluted heparin in sealing venous catheterization in renal transplantation.Methods Ninety cases of renal transplantation with venous catheterization were divided into three groups.The concentratios in 3ml of diluted heparin solution were 50,25,125u/ml respectively.The occurrence rates of obstruction and seepage were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the rate of obstruction among the three groups.There was no significant difference in the ralue of PT and TT between the study and control groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of seepage between the study and control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The concentration of 25u/ml in 3ml of diluted heparin solution is safe for renal transplantation patients with venous catheterization,with a low rate of seepage and without affecting the raule of PT and TT.
