活血化瘀中药对清解通下中药增效作用的实验研究III——对粘连相关细胞因子影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过大鼠腹膜粘连动物模型,观察活血清下汤的多靶点治疗作用,探讨活血化瘀中药对清解通下中药的增效作用。方法:采用盲肠结扎加穿孔法制作大鼠腹膜粘连动物模型,对粘连组织的TNF-α、TGF-β1、VEGF和VIII因子进行检测。结果:应用活血清下汤可以显著降低粘连组织中TNF-α、TGF-β1、VEGF和VIII因子的表达水平,从而减少粘连的形成。结论:活血清下汤对防治腹膜粘连形成比单用加味小承气汤或复方丹参方效果更为显著,表明活血化瘀中药对清解通下中药存在增效作用。Objective To observe multi-effects of Huoxue Qingxia(HXQX) decoction on peritoneal adhesions in rats in order to verify that Huoxue Huayu herbs can enhance the effects of Tongli Gongxia herbs. Methods Rat models of peritoneal adhesions were established with cecal ligation and puncture (CLP), histomorphologic changes of adhesive tissues treated by Huoxue Qingxia decoction(HXQX) was observed. Moreover, adhesive tissues were obtained for detection of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α),transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1_,vascular endothelium growth factor (VEGF) and Factor VIII. Results Treated with HXQX, TNF-α,TGF-β_1,VEGF and Factor VIII were all decreased. Conclusion Peritoneal adhesions can be prevented and treated by HXQX, and Huoxue Huayu herbs can enhance the effects of Qingjie Tongxia herbs when peritoneal adhesions occur.
