活血化瘀中药对清解通下中药增效作用的实验研究IV——大鼠腹膜粘连组织羟脯氨酸和I、III型胶原含量测定

摘　　要：目的:观察活血化瘀中药对清解通下中药在防治腹膜粘连中的增效作用。方法:采用盲肠结扎加盲肠穿孔法制作大鼠细菌性腹膜炎引致腹膜粘连的动物模型,观察经口投予中药防治腹膜粘连的功效,同时检测粘连组织中羟脯氨酸(OHP)、I、III型胶原含量的变化。结果:活血清下汤方较单用上述活血或通下方具有更强的抗腹膜粘连形成和减少粘连组织中羟脯氨酸和I、III型胶原含量的作用。结论:在防治腹膜粘连形成过程中活血化瘀中药能对清解通下中药产生增效作用。Objective To observe the synergistic effect of Huoxue Huayu herbs to Qingjie Tongxia herbs in prevention and treatment of peritoneal adhesion Methods Animal models of peritoneal adhesion caused by bacterial peritonitis were created by means of ligation of the cecum and puncture of the cecum in rats. The preventing and treating effects of peritoneal adhesion by oral administration of Chinese herbs were observed, together with the changes of hydroxyproline and Types I & III collagen contents. Results Huoxue Qingxia decoction showed more active effect against adhesion formation of the peritoneum and decreasing contents of hydroxyproline and Types I & III collagen contents in adhesive tissues than either Huoxue or Tongxia decoction alone.Conclusion During the course of prevention and treatment of peritoneal adhesion Huoxue Huayu herbs can have the synergistic effect on the Qingjie Tongxia herbs.
