老工业社区的人口年龄特征及其可持续发展

摘　　要：近年来,老工业社区的振兴一直是倍受人们关注的话题,老工业社区的可持续发展不单纯是产业兴衰问题,同时也是一个社会问题。在这里,我们从人口年龄结构特征的角度出发,来探讨老工业社区的可持续发展。工业社区有着他自身的特征,即以其产业为支撑,以产业决定工业社区。但同时,工业社区的发展更取决于人力资源,特别是年龄在20-40岁,有着较强创业性的青壮年。所以,对于老工业社区的振兴,保持社区合理的年龄结构就显得尤为重要,也是其可持续发展的必要条件。In recent years,the rejuvenation of old industrial community has become a concerned topic.The sustainable development of old industrial community is not only the rise and fall of an industry,but also a social issue.From the point of the character of the population age structure,we talk about the sustainable development of the old industrial community,which has its own feature,that is make the industry as a support and determining the industrial community by it.Meanwhile,the development also depends on the human resource,especially for the young men between 20 and 40 years old who have the strong pioneering spirits. Therefore,keeping the reasonable age structure has the meaningful influence and also a necessary condition for its rejuvenation.
