摘　　要：介绍了建筑幕墙玻璃失效的各种影响因素,通过现场检测和理论计算分析了某商业中心双层幕墙点支式外墙玻璃爆裂的原因,并指出了该幕墙工程在设计和施工中的缺陷与不足,为该工程的补救和同类建筑幕墙的设计与施工提供了一定的指导作用。Various impact factors of building facades' glass defects and failures were introduced.Through site investigation and theoretic analysis,the causes were explored why glasses on the pointed supported exterior curtain wall of an emporium adopted the new double-skin facades broke.The defects of design and construction of the building facade were indicated,which would instruct the remedy of this project and the same later work.
