摘　　要：铁路货车70%左右的部件是冲压件,而铁路货车又是我公司的主产品,板材消耗已成为制约经营成本的一项重要指标之一,为了使板材得到合理利用,提高板材利用率,达到节约降耗的目的。随着计算机运算速度的不断增加,套裁排样软件作为一种辅助工具,利用其特有的数据库系统,经过复杂的运算,能够准确的辅助工程技术人员从复杂的工作中解脱出来,并使材料达到合理利用,来降低原材料的制造成本。About 70% parts of a goods train are punched members,yet goods trains are the main products of our company,and plates consumption has become one of the important indexes constraining the business cost of our company.In order to raise availability of the plates,suit cutting layout software is used as an aided means.Which can liberate engineers from complicated work using its unique data base,thus utilizing the material rationally and reducing the cost of raw materials.
