摘　　要：通过对原有基础下地基土的物理力学性质和建筑物的结构设计条件的综合分析,研究地基土承载力的变化特性、增层改建后建筑物的地基基础变形特性,评价既有建筑进行增层改建的可行性及为确定增层改建方案提供决策性依据。According to the overall analysis of the physicomechanical properties of the soil under the original foundation and the conditions of structural design of buildings,it is researched that the features of changes in the bearing capacity of the foundation soil,as well as the deformation characteristics of the foundations of the buildings with additional storeys.The feasibility of storey-adding reform of the existing buildings is also evaluated,which provides a decisive basis for determine the storey-adding scheme.
