摘  要:人工冻结法施工技术是软土地区隧道施工的一种经济可靠的方法,在上海地区得到了多次成功应用。但是,由于计算理论的不完善,也出现过诸如上海地铁四号线透水的重大工程事故。在冻结法施工过程中,冻结壁的厚度控制是非常重要的环节。为此,在考虑冻结管偏斜条件下对上海某隧道联络通道冻结法施工过程中的温度场进行了有限元分析。结果有助于进一步了解冻结施工过程中温度变化和分布的规律,对此工法的安全性和经济性控制亦有裨益。Artificial groung freezing is a economical and effective method in soft soil area to dig tunnels.This method has been used successfully in Shanghai frequently.But it caused some serious accidents such as the disaster which happened in the connected aisle of Shanghai subway line 4 as well.In the course of freezing,controlling the thickness of freezing wall is of great importance.So,considering the decline of freezing tubes,using FEM method,this paper calculated the temperature field in the course of construction of field one tunnel in Shanghai. The result shows that it coincide with the observations.Furthermore,it will help us to understand more laws about temperature variation and distribution during the freezing and control the method more safely and economically.
