摘　　要：众所周知,房屋的质量,尤其是民宅的质量,是直接关系到人民群众的生命财产安全的关键性问题。而其中最关键的一环就握在工程建设人员的手里,怎样提高工程质量,怎样保证工程质量就成了广大从业人员最最关心的问题。It is well known,that the quality of houses,especially those for the residents are the critical questions relating directly to people′s life and property security.But the most essential link is grasped in the engineering construction personnel′s hand.How to improve the project quality and how to guarantee the project quality have become the extreme issue of concern by the broad jobholders.
