摘　　要：在基本建设过程中,由于工程造价牵扯着众多的利益而被高度重视,在不断改进造价控制手段的过程中,工程造价审核以其独特的优越性脱颖而出并被广泛运用。对于审核的类型,如何办好审核工作,在实际操作过程中所要注意的问题,做进一步的分析及论述。In capital construction process,because the project construction cost involves the multitudinous benefits that are highly concerned,and the construction cost control methods are improved unceasingly in the process,the project construction cost verification blooming and is widely utilized by its unique superiority.For the verification type,how to handle the verification work and the matters needing attention in actual operation process are further analysed and elaborated.
