摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展和完善,建筑行业也将改革推向深入。如今建筑市场普遍推行招投标制度,加之我国进入WTO势必要与世界接轨,所以采用国际上普遍的招股标方式———工程量清单计价就完全符合了市场经济运行规律。工程师清单计价模式的优越性及运行时该注意的事项是目前大家普遍讨论的问题。With the constant development and perfecting of socialist market economy,a further reform will be done in the building trade.The bid system is widely used for building markets nowadays,in addition our country joined WTO and certainly will be integrated with the world,so adoptiny the general bid way in the world——project amount inventory totally accords with the economical operation law of the market.The superiority of project amount inventory and matters needing attention are the questions that everybody discusses generally at present.
