磷石膏生产强力内墙石膏粉的研究

摘　　要：研究了以磷石膏为主要原料未经水洗处理生产强力内墙石膏粉的生产工艺以及施工工艺。根据差热分析确定了磷石膏煅烧制备无水石膏粉的温度;根据内墙墙面材料性能要求和施工要求,确定了以无水石膏粉、生石灰和自制无机添加剂制备强力内墙石膏粉的配方和生产工艺,并设计了施工工艺。委托权威机构对以磷石膏为原料生产的内墙石膏粉的性能进行了检测,结果表明:磷石膏煅烧制备的无水石膏粉通过添加生石灰和自制添加剂制备强力内墙石膏粉的各项性能符合国家建材行业标准JC/T517-93的要求和内墙装饰要求。The production technology without water- washing process and instructions of high- strength construction plaster powders made from phosphogpsums for interior- wall were studied in the paper. The Calcinating temperature of phosphogpsums was analyzed by DSC. And the formula including such ingredients as non- water gypsum, calces and self- making inorganic additives was determined suitable for interior- wall and easy- to- operation. At the same time, the operation instructions were studied. Furthermore, the properties of construction plaster powders from phosphogpsums were examined by the authorized agent. It is verified that every properties of construction plaster powders with non- water gypsum, calcined from phosphogpsums, blended with two kind of additives meet the requirements of national building materials standards (JC/T517- 93) and interior- wall decoration.
