摘 要:以热锻态Ti-50.6%Ni合金为原料,采用新型的等径弯角挤压(ECAE)工艺在高温下制备了微米级TiNi合金块体材料,考察了ECAE及退火处理对TiNi合金磨损性能的影响.结果表明,与原态合金相比,经过ECAE及退火处理的TiNi合金由于发生了严重的塑性变形,导致晶粒细化,从而提高了合金抗塑性变形的能力,改善了TiNi合金的耐磨性.TiNi合金磨损量随载荷和滑动距离的增加而增加;TiNi合金磨损表面主要表现为粘着磨损.Micron TiNi alloy block was fabricated at high temperature by equal channel angular extrusion(ECAE),using hot-forged Ti-50.6%Ni alloy as the raw material.The wear behaviors of as-received and processed by ECAE and annealed TiNi alloy were examined on an M-2000 friction and wear tester in a ring-on-block contact configuration.Compared with as-received TiNi alloy,TiNi alloy processed by ECAE and annealed enhances the ability to withstand plastic deformation and increases the wear resistance because of grain refinement.The wear mass losses of TiNi alloy are increased with the applied load and the sliding distance.The adhesion wear is mainly observed on the worn surface of TiNi alloy.
