摘  要:溶液聚合合成的盐酸掺杂的聚苯胺(Doped-PANI)粉末压制成圆片样品,用扫描电子显微镜观察样品的形态结构;用四探针法测量样品的室温电导率,并在80~280K温度区间内测量样品的电导率随温度变化关系.掺杂态聚苯胺(Doped-PANI)由粒径在100~500nm圆形颗粒组成,表现出良好的导电特性,其室温电导率为1.70S/cm,且电导率-温度变化关系可以用一维和三维变程跳跃(1D/3D-VRH)混合模型加以解释.HCl doped-polyanilines(Doped-PAn) were prepared by solution polymerization process.Its structure was observed in terms of scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The conductivity at room temperature as well as the variation of conductivity with temperature in 80~280 K were measured by using four-point probe technique.The HCl doped-polyaniline(Doped-PAn) consists of granular particles in size of 100~500nm.Its conductivity at room temperature is about 1.70S/cm.The variation of conductivity with temperature can be explained in terms of the one-dimensional(1D-VRH) and three-dimensional variable-range-hopping(3D-VRH) combined model(1D/3D-VRH).
