摘 要:采用复合铸造法制备了钢/锌复合材料研究其阻尼性能。在拉伸条件下分析其阻尼机制以及拉伸过程中材料的变形行为;在循环条件下测试其阻尼性能与应变幅值的关系;通过衰减实验测试其阻尼性能与材料的几何性质的关系;同时,在三种实验条件下对比钢/锌复合材料和单相钢和锌的阻尼性能。实验结果表明,钢/锌复合材料较钢改善了阻尼性能,较锌则提高了刚度和强度;钢及钢/锌复合材料的阻尼性能具有应变依赖性;复合材料的几何特性对其阻尼性能有一定的影响。The 16Mn/Zn laminated composite was produced by compound casting to research its damping property.Tension experiments were conducted to analyze the damping mechanism and the behaviors of deformation.Cyclic tension and compression were conducted to test the relationship between the capacity of damping and strain amplitude.The tests of attenuation were conducted to research the relationship between damping property and geometrical property of composite.The damping property of 16Mn/Zn composite,16Mn steel and Zn were compared by three types of experiments separately.The results indicated that 16Mn/Zn composite has better damping property than 16Mn steel and better strength and stiffness than Zinc.The damping of 16Mn/Zn composite and 16Mn steel has strain dependence.The geometrical property of composite has influence on the damping of composite.
