摘　　要：载脂蛋白A5是载脂蛋白家族的新成员,对动物实验和人类观察研究发现,其基因多态性及蛋白浓度均与血浆甘油三酯密切相关,其影响血脂的机制主要是通过激活脂蛋白脂酶和抑制载脂蛋白B与载脂蛋白C3的作用。载脂蛋白A5的基因转录受到多种因素的调控。Apolipoprotein A5 is a newly discovered member of the apolipoprotein family.According to the researches of animal and human,the polymorphism and plasma concentration of apolipoprotein A5 are closely related with the plasma triglyceride level,mainly through activating lipoprotein lipase and inhibiting the role of apolipoprotein B and apolipoprotein C3.The gene transcription of apolipoprotein A5 are controlled by several factors.
