摘　　要：面向企业开展知识产权职业培训,需时短、见效快,是提升吉林省企业知识产权工作水平和竞争力的基础和前提,有利于实现知识产权教育先导战略即期和远期目标的有机结合。实施该培训要遵循政府组织与企业组织相结合、全员培训与分层培训相结合、基础知识培训与实际技能培训相结合、激励机制与约束机制相结合的原则。Because of demanding little time and taking effect quickly,the development of vocational training of property right facing to enterprise is the basis and premise for enhancing the level and competition of enterprise′s work of property right of Jilin province,which is conducive to achieve the forerunner strategy of property right education:the organic combination of short-term objective with long-term objective.The implementation of the training should comply with the principle of combination of governmental organization with enterprise organization,the combination of whole personnel training with stratefied training,the combination of basic knowledge training with practice skills training,etc.
