摘　　要：基于Access数据库系统可设计出一个不依赖于当前数据库的通用数据库报表,方便输出符合学校实际的通知书和信封的格式。其具体操作包括打开数据库、设置表间关系、建立查询、制作报表等内容。Higher education institution can design a general data base diagram which isn′t dependent on present data base based on access data base system,which can contribute to output the notice and envelop format that is suitable for the reality of the school,and its material operation include:openning data base,setting up the relationship between diagrams,etc.
