摘  要:目的 建立厚朴药材指纹图谱分析方法,为厚朴的鉴定提供依据.方法 采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取不同来源厚朴药材的挥发油成分,用毛细管气相色谱进行分析,并用聚类法分析比较.结果 10个不同来源的厚朴样品被分为两类;9个厚朴样品的相似度均在0.9~1.0之间,1个样品的相似度<0.9.结论 该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,聚类分析法使谱图分析更为快速、准确,适用于厚朴的真伪鉴定及质量控制.Objective To set up a method for the crude drug fingerprint spectrum analysis of the chemical constituents in Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis so as to provide basis for the identification of the drug. Methods Steam distillation method was used to extract volatile oil components from the crude drugs of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis obtained from different sources.The fingerprint spectrum of the extracts were assayed with capillary gas chromatography and compared with the cluster analysis method. Results Drug samples of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis from 10 different sources were divided into two kinds: 9 samples showed degrees of similarity between 0.9-1.0,while 1 sample had a degree of similarity below 0.9. Conclusion This method was shown to have high sensitivity and good reproducibility and the cluster analysis method made the spectrum analysis faster and more accurate,and is thus suitable for the quality identification of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis.
