Study on Seasonal Variety of Mo, Se in Soil-grass-livestock System in Hainan prefecture of Qing Hai

摘  要:结果表明土壤和牧草中钼浓度秋季最高;血清中钼浓度的季节间差异不显著(P>0.05),秋季最高,夏季最低;被毛中钼浓度夏季极显著高于冬春季和秋季(P<0.01);日摄入量夏季极显著高于秋季(P<0.01),秋季极显著高于冬春季(P<0.01)。土壤和被毛中硒浓度在三季间差异不显著(P>0.05);牧草硒夏季最高;绵羊血清硒冬春季显著低于秋季(P<0.05);被毛中硒在季节间差异不显著(P>0.05);硒的日摄入量夏季极显著高于秋季(P<0.01),秋季极显著高于冬春季(P<0.01)。By investigating, sampling on the spot and analyzing in lab, seasonal variety of Mo and Se in soil-grass-livestock (sheep) system at breed sheep farm of Jiangxigou in Hainan prefecture of Qing Hai was researched. The results indicated: the concentration of Mo in soil and pasturage was the highest in autumn. Difference of the concentration of Mo in serum was not significant between seasons (P>0.05), however, the concentration was the highest in autumn while the lowest in summer. the concentration of Mo in hair in summer was most significantly higher than that in spring and autumn (P<0.01). As far as daily absorbing Mo, summer was most significantly higher than autumn (P<0.01), autumn was most significantly higher than spring and winter (P<0.01 ). Difference of the concentration of Se in soil and hair was not significant among three seasons (P>0.05). the concentration of Se in pasturage was the highest in summer. The concentration of Se in sheep serum in winter and spring was significantly lower than that in autumn(P<0.05). Difference of the concentration of Se in hair was not significant between seasons (P>0.05), As far as daily absorbing Se, summer was most significantly higher than autumn (P<0.01), autumn was most significantly higher than spring and winter (P<0.01 ).
