摘 要:本文论述了一个用于超高速磨削试验的陶瓷CBN砂轮的研制过程。通过ANSYS分析我们发现,对于砂轮基盘的材料,钛合金是本次试验最佳的选择;锥形是砂轮形状最佳的选择。基于分析结果和试验台的限制得出了砂轮基盘的精确截型。而且,根据试验数据,我们选择了30%的高韧性CBN500和70%的中等韧性CBNⅠ混合磨料及一种低温高强陶瓷结合剂。通过810℃烧结温度得到了理想的砂轮贴片。并经良好的粘结技术制出了用于200m/秒超高速磨削试验的CBN砂轮。最后,该砂轮的良好磨削性能得到了验证。Manufacturing process of vitrified CBN wheel for 200m/s grinding was described.Titanium alloy was considered fit for the wheel core and taper type was the best shape for ultra-high speed wheel by ANSYS analysis.The precision section of wheel core was designed based on the result of ANSYS analysis and the restriction of the test-bed.According to the tests data,mixed abrasive grains were selected,that is high toughness CBN500(30%) and medium toughness CBNⅠ(70%),and an low temperature high strength vitrified bond was chosen.Excellent CBN segments were obtained by reasonable sintering temperature of 810℃.Expected CBN wheel for 200m/s grinding was made via appropriate adhesion.The grinding performance of the wheel was proved excellent.
