摘  要:介绍了一种在经纬仪中应用相位法自动检调焦的技术:通过检测CCD输出信号之间相位差获得像的相对偏移量,获得离焦量来调节物镜的位置,使目标的像始终位于焦面上,实现设备的自动调焦;检焦系统的ZEMAX仿真从理论上证明相位法自动检调焦技术在经纬仪中应用可行,整个系统的实现将使经纬仪的自动化检调焦功能更加完善。In this paper,the author presents a kind of auto-focusing technique called the phase difference method in the theodolite: we can deduce the off-focus depth with the relative offset of the image achieved by testing the phase difference between the signals which the planar array CCD(Charge Coupled Device) outputs,then the position of the lens will be adjusted according to the off-focus depth so that the objective always images on the focal plane.Thus we can realize the auto-focus in the equipment.the theory analysis proves the phase difference method applied in the theodolite feasible by the simulation of the system with zemax,so the whole system realizes the objective imaging in focus and makes the auto-focus function perfect.
