摘  要:鉴于人造金刚石压机的恶劣工作环境,提出了一个高可靠的智能化压力测控仪(系统)的软硬件设计方案。该方案采取多种软硬件相结合的抗干扰措施。硬件主要采用光电隔离技术;软件采取仿PLC的扫描式软件工作方式,包含软件滤波和容错性工艺参数保护技术。实践表明,该系统运行稳定且安全可靠。Due to the bad working condition of man-made diamond synthetic machine,this paper presents a highly reliable pressure measuring and control system in which many software and hardware combined anti-interference measures are adopted.The hardware measures are mainly based on photoelectric isolation technique,whereas software measures based on scanning working pattern as in PLC,together with software filtering against noise and data error-tolerant technique for the protection of important processing parameters.Application results show that this system is highly safe,reliable and stable in operation.
