摘　　要：本文对基于内容的电力设备图像检索技术进行了初步的研究。根据电力设备图像的特点,将形状特征作为电力设备图像检索中的主要特征抽取,并结合纹理特征,提出了电力设备图像管理系统中的图像检索方法,阐述了形状和纹理特征参数的提取过程,给出了基于内容的电力设备图像检索系统结构。In this paper,a preliminary research on content-based electrical equipment image retrieval technique is given.According to the characteristics of electrical equipment images,the important feature on electrical equipment images should be shape feature,and texture features can be used synthetically to retrieve electrical equipment images.This paper proposes an approach of image retrieval in electrical equipment management system.The extraction processes of the shape and texture feature parameter are set forth,and the structure of the electrical equipment image retrieval system based on content is introduced in this paper.
