摘　　要：在分析了目前配电变压器保护在信息化管理方面面临的问题后,文章介绍了一种基于GSM短消息业务的远程信息采集与基于Visual Basic的控制中心信息管理与控制系统。该系统可以实时将变压器运行参数与保护器动作信息发送到控制中心,同时控制中心软件系统将接收的信息保存到数据库,生成Excel文件。系统所具有的信息统计、远程操作与分析等功能极大地提高了配电系统的管理效率。文章介绍了系统的基本结构、工作原理和软件功能框图。After analyzing the problems that are faced with in the protection of power distribution transformer, the paper introduces an information acquisition, management and remote device control system based on the short message service of GSM and Visual Basic. The system is able to send the real-time operation parameters of a transformer and the action message of a protector to the control center, and preserve the message into different databases and form Excel files after being classified. Consequently, the management efficiency of the power distribution system is greatly increased due to the function of remote control, information statistic and analysis. In addition, the paper states the basic structure, operation principle and software functional block diagram.
