摘　　要：为研究微动引起的失效机理,本文设计并研制了动态电接触模拟测试系统,用于模拟连接器微动过程,测试微动过程中触点的电性能。文章介绍了该系统的构成、功能、工作原理,并给出了微动、加力装置、计算机软件控制等主要部分的设计方案。Research of the mechanisms of electric contact failure due to fretting, dynamic testing system of electric contact simulation is put forward, it can simulate the connector fretting progress and measure contact resistance during the fretting. In this paper, the structure, function and principle of the system are introduced, and the design of major units such as fretting, load applying and control are proposed.
