摘　　要：阐述了以对甲基苯酚、4-硝基邻苯二晴、H2PdCl6为原料,在N2保护和碳酸钾的催化作用下,采用“摸扳法”合成酞菁钯(PdPc);以苯胺为原料,在酸性条件和重铬酸钾的催化作用下,采用“共溶蒸馏法”合成导电型聚苯胺(PANI),再通过共溶技术将PdPc和PANI在正戊醇、DBU作用下生成PdPc-PANI杂化有机半导体粉末,再采用平板电极结构结合真空镀技术制成薄膜型气敏传感器。通过TG-DSC确定了成膜工艺条件,电子扫描观察了气敏膜的微观形貌。性能测试表明,传感器对CH2O、NO2和SO2等有毒气体有较好的敏感性和选择性。In 'Template-Synthesis Method', Phthalocyanine Paiiadium(PdPc)was synthesized using methyphenol, 4-Nitro phthalonitrile and H2PdC16 under the catalysis of potassium in nitrogen! In 'altogether dissolves and distillation' means, conducting PoiyanilineC PANI) was synthesized using aniline under the catalysis of Potassium dichromate in acidic condition. Then through the altogether dissolves, under the action of 1-Pentanol and DBU, PdPc and PANI were synthesized to form the PdPc-PANI hybridization Organic semiconductor powder. With the combination of tabulate electrode structure and vacuum plate, thin-film gas sensor was formed. Film-forming craft was determined through TG-DSC. The electronic scanning observed the sensitive film's microscopic appearance. The property test indicates it has good sensitivity and selectivity to the poisonous gas such as CH2O、NO2、SO2 and so on .
