摘  要:本文对以钹式换能器作为敏感元件的新型振动加速度传感器电压灵敏度进行研究。钹式换能器具有很高的等效压电常数,这大大提高传感器的电压灵敏度。本文设计该传感器结构,研究该传感器的二阶模型以及钹式换能器的结构参数和预压力对该传感器电压灵敏度的影响。实验结果表明:钹式换能器的直径越大,电极越薄,传感器的电压灵敏度越高;传感器的电压灵敏度随着预压力的减小而增大,但是预压力过小又会降低传感器的机械谐振频率,从而减小传感器工作带宽。The voltage sensitivity of a new-style vibration accelerometer was studied in this paper. The cymbal transducer was employed as the sensitivity element for its high effective piezoelectric coefficient. The structure of the accelerometer was designed. The second order model of the accelerometer was studied. The influence of the structural parameters of cymbal transducer and the pre-compressed force on the voltage sensitivity was discussed. The results indicated that, the higher voltage sensitivity was obtained by using a large diameter and thin electrodes of cymbal transducer; the voltage sensitivity was improved with the decrease of the pre-compressed force, resulting in the decrease of the mechanical resonant frequency of the accelerometer.
