摘 要:论述了文中研制的高精度立式珩磨机定量进给珩磨和平顶珩磨等关键控制技术,并进行了加工试验。通过对主轴三相功率信号的实时检测,优化了工艺参数,获得了加工试件圆度优于0.4μm、圆柱度优于1μm、粗糙度优于0.06μm的试验结果。The key quantitative expansion and flat—roofed honing control techniques on the vertical honing machine tool, which is developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University, are analyzed in this paper. Honing process, especially in feeding process, is discussed in detail. Computer measures the three—phase power signal of the hone spindle in real time and it provides a valid way to optimize the honing parameters. Several work pieces with honed inner bore ofΦ11mm are machined with roundness tolerance less than 0. 4μm, straightness tolerance less than 1μm and roughness tolerance less than 0. 04μm on the developed honing machine tool.
