摘　　要：对槽是螺纹旋卸中的必要环节。在螺纹自动旋卸过程中,采用霍尔位移传感器作为判断旋卸工具头位置的检测元件,当传感器检测到旋卸工具头的位置变化后,与设定值比较并判断对槽是否成功。对于对槽过程中可能出现的其它情况,采用齿轮传感器检测主轴旋转并通过合理的编制程序予以解决。Combination of tool and dismantlement object is of necessary to screw dismantlement. Hall displacement sensor is used to test the position of tool. During the process of combination, when the position of tool changes, the output value of sensor is obtained and compared to judge whether the combination is successful. According to other conditions such as coincidence and disturbance, gear sensor is adopted to test rotation of spindle.
