摘  要:基于LabVIEW 7 express设计和编制了电流-电压特性测试程序,用该程序对纯电阻进行测试,实验结果与线性拟合结果之间误差小于0.3%,表明程序测试具有良好的实时性和准确性。制备了ITO/PEDOT:PSS/MEH-PPV;PCBM(1:4)/Al光伏器件,在91mW/cm2的白光照射下,用编制的程序测得器件短路电流为4.48mA/cm2,开路电压为0.65V,填充因子为0.35,能量转换效率为1.12%。The program for current-voltage characteristics was designed and programmed based on LabVIEW 7 express. The error between testing result and linear fitting one is less than 0. 3% when a stable resistance measured by the programe, which showed that the results test by this program were reliable, real-time and accurate. Photovoltaic device of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/MEH-PPV: PCBM(1:4) /Al was fabricated and showed its short circuit current of 4. 48mA/cm2, open circuit voltage of 0. 65V, fill factor of 35% > energy conversion efficiency of 1.12% under the white irradiation of 91mW/cm2 test on this program.
