摘 要:为探索分散剂柠檬酸三铵对PZT基压电陶瓷材料的分散性和稳定性,对PZT基压电陶瓷材料进行凝胶注模成型实验。通过测量浆料的沉降性和流变性,研究了分散剂的浓度和pH值对浆料的分散和稳定的影响。实验结果表明最佳分散剂浓度为PZT基陶瓷粉体的1.5%~2.0%,最佳pH值为9~11。当分散剂和pH值分别为1.5%和10时,制备出固含量达50.5%,粘度小于1Pa.s的适于凝胶注模的稳定陶瓷浆料,成瓷密度达7.5g/cm3。结果表明,剂柠檬酸三铵是该体系凝胶注模成型有效的分散剂。The dispersion and stability of PZT—based piezoelectric ceramics suspension were investigated by using tribasic ammonium citrate (TAC) as the dispersant. By observing the sedimentation behavior and measuring the viscosity, the effects of dispersant concentration and pH value on the dispersion and stability of the suspension were studied. The experiment result showed that the optimum concentration of TAC and the optimum pH were 1. 5%~2.0%(by weight of the ceramics powders) and 9-11, respectively. When the dispersant concentration was about 1.5 %, and pH value was about 10, the stable suspension with high solids loading (up to 50. 5%) and low viscosity (<1Pa. s) was obtained for gelcasting. The density of the sintered ceramics was 7. 5g/cm3. The experiment result showed that TAC is an effective dispersant for gelcasting.
