摘 要:为了阐明高炉下部是否会发生液泛,模拟高炉滴落带的流动条件进行了气液两相逆流的流体力学实验.将Sherwood液泛图纵坐标的液泛因子乘以密度校正系数解决了密度对液泛速度的影响,并提出了新的液泛图和关联式.新关联方法与实验数据吻合很好.通过比较流化速度和液泛速度大小,提出了在一定流动条件下用来区分液泛和流态化的简图.结果表明,高炉滴落区发生渣的液泛,而不是焦炭床的流态化.A hydromechanics experiment on the counter flow of gas and liquid under conditions simulating those in the dropping zone of a blast furnace had been carried out for clarifying if flooding would occur in the lower zone of a blast furnace.The effect of density on the gas velocity of the flood point was accounted for by multiplying the flooding factor on the ordinate of Sherwood's flooding diagram by the density correction coefficient,and a new flooding diagram and a new correlation were proposed.A good agreement was found between the calculated and experimental data.By comparing the fluidization velocity with the flooding velocity,a diagram was developed to differentiate flooding from fluidization under the given flow conditions.The results show that,in the dropping zone of a blast furnace,it is flooding of the slag that will occur,but not fluidization of the coke bed.
