摘　　要：非开挖钻杆加厚生产线是以生产非开挖加厚钻杆为主要产品的成套设备。本文分析了一种典型的非开挖钻杆的加厚工艺,提出了生产线的研制方式,介绍了其组成设备的结构和功能,并且充分考虑到了对短管加厚的需要,成功建造了国内首条非开挖钻杆加厚生产线。The upsetting process of a typical trenchless technology drill pipe is analyzed.The design and manufacturing schema of the production line is accordingly put forward.This paper also intro- duces the equipment makeup and their functions.Up to now,the first domestic trenchless technology drill piple end upsetting production line has been built and put into service.
