摘  要:试验结果表明:短日照处理可以诱导墨西哥玉米在7月份提前开花,收获到成熟的种子。在自然条件下,墨西哥玉米在山东9月下旬开花散粉,10月上旬不能获得完全成熟的种子,10月下旬可以获得部分成熟种子,成熟种子所占百分率为44.23%。经萌发试验表明,10月上旬收获的种子发芽率为7.25%,10月下旬收获的为34.92%,这说明部分未完全成熟种子的胚发育成熟,具有萌发能力。春播、夏播、秋播的8个玉米骨干自交系的散粉期在7月上旬、8月上旬和9月下旬。因此,在人工诱导或自然条件下,普通(转基因)玉米与一年生墨西哥玉米的花期是可以相遇的,存在转基因玉米与墨西哥玉米间基因漂移的可能。Euchlaena mexicana,originated from Mexico,is an important forage crop.Under the natural condition,it flowers in the first ten-day of September and the mature partly seeds are harvested in the last ten-days of October,the percent of the mature seeds is 44.23%.In the germination trial,the germination rate of the seeds gained in the first ten-days of October is 7.25%,while it is 34.92% in the last ten-days of October.It indicated that a portion of embryos had been mature in the immaturity seeds.The loose pollen periods of the eight elite maize inbred lines are the first ten-days of July and August,the last ten-days of September.Induced by short-day treatment,Euchlaena mexicana could flower earlier in July.The results showed that the Euchlaena mexicana and the gene modification maize could flower at the same time.So there is potential possibility of gene flow between Euchlaena.mesicana and gene modification maize.
