摘　　要：提出了港口建设与城市发展的协调度概念,建立了港口与城市发展的评价指标体系;然后通过对现有的几种协调度评价方法的局限性分析,采用了主成分分析与回归相结合的方法建立港口与城市协调度评价模型,为港口和城市的协调发展分析提供了新的思路。最后以上海市为例,对港口与城市的协调发展进行分析。This paper proposed a new concept of coordination degree of port-city system,and then it built up a set of index system of portcity system.By the limitation analysis of several evaluation methods of present coordination degree,an applied evaluation method by principal component analysis and regression analysis is put forward.A model of port-city system is made by this method.It is a new way to calculate the present coordination degree of port-city system.At last,we use the Shanghai city as an example to demonstrate this method.
