摘　　要：介绍了如何以VisualC++6.0为工具开发Inmarsat-B仿真系统的方法。搭建了基于局域网内的Inmarsat-B仿真系统平台。采用G.729A的语音压缩标准作为模拟Imarsat-B语音通信的核心模块。在TCP/IP参考模型中以传输层的UDP协议作为局域网中报文通信的协议。A new method was proposed to develop Inmarsat-B system simulation by Visual C++6.0 version. The Inmarsat-B simulation system platform based on LAN (Local Area Network) was established. The G.729A sounding compression standard was adapted as the core model for simulation Inmarsat-B sounding communication. The message communication protocol based on LAN is TCP/IP considering the UDP protocol in modeling central transportation layer.
