摘 要:为仿真直喷式柴油发动机缸内燃烧后组分,提出了新的小火焰计算模型。此模型是通过引入理想混和比分数空间坐标系,将通常坐标系下的组分方程转化到混和比分数空间坐标系下,得出新的组分扩散方程。建立三维实体造型,计算出直喷式柴油发动机湍流燃烧后生成的碳烟和氮氧化物,最后通过实验检验了该计算模型。为发动机研究人员提供了一种仿真柴油发动机污染物的方法。To simulate the combustion species for direct-injection diesel engine, the new flamelet model was proposed and used. The model is based on stoichiometric mixture fraction space, and a way of separating the numerical effort associated with the solution of the turbulent flow field from that of solving the chemistry was offered. The new species equations were carried out through coordinate’s transformation. The results from the species equation were developed and three-dimension entity model with the mixture fraction was got. Then the boundary conditions were put into the new flamelet model. Furthermore the pollutions emissions were calculated and compared with the experimental data. A new way to predict the pollutants for direct-injection diesel engine was given.
