摘  要:目的探讨不同波长的红外激光在不同生物组织中热效应的差异,为临床应用提供参考。方法用波长为980nm和810nm的半导体激光分别照射鸡肝,鸡胸肉,瘦猪肉,观察并记录组织出现凝固的时间,取平均值对比。结果两种激光在同一组织标本的热效应强度不同,同一激光在不同组织标本中热效应也不同,即颜色深的组织,热反应强,出现凝固的时间短,反应快;颜色浅的组织出现凝固的时间长,反应慢。980nm激光对3种组织的热效应强于810nm激光,反应时间明显短于810nm激光。结论红外激光的生物组织热效应不仅由激光自身波长决定,也受被照组织颜色的深浅影响。Objective To further study the difference of bio-heating effectiveness on different tissues performed by different wavelength laser as 980nm diode laser and 810nm diode laser,in order to provide reference for clinic.Methods Using 980nm diode and 810nm diode lasers to irradiate chicken liver and breast and pork in order,to observe and record the heating-solidified time of them, and calculate the mean value to be compared.Results Two lasers had different heating-solidified efficiency on the same tissue, the same laser had different heating-solidified efficiency on different tissue, as the deeper the color was the stronger the heating-solidified intensity,and the short the solidified time.The 980nm diode laser had stronger heating-solidified intensity than 810nm one.Conclusions The bio-heating effectiveness of the laser is decided not only by the wavelength of laser and but also by the color of tissue.
