经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗颈性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮激光椎间盘减压术(percutaneouslaserdiscdecompression,PLDD)治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法颈性眩晕患者23例,男性13例,女性10例,年龄45～72岁,眩晕均与颈部活动相关。应用脉冲式Nd∶YAG激光治疗仪(波长1064nm),发射能量10J/s,总能量250～500J/间盘,治疗41个间隙。结果随访时间12～21个月,按Macnab评定标准评分,优:18例,良:3例,可:2例,优良率为91.30%。结论应用PLDD治疗颈性眩晕,不仅创伤小、安全性高,而且临床疗效满意。Objective To observe the outcome of percutaneous laser disc decompression(PLDD) in treating cervical vertigo. Method Twenty three patients with cervical vertigo were treated with PLDD, which involved 13 males and 10 females,whose average age was 58.5 years (ranged 45-72 years). The vertigo of all of them related with cervical motion.A Nd∶YAG laser (wavelength 1064 nm) was used. The total dosage of laser ablation ranged from 250 to 500 Joule(J) at the level of the disc.Results Twenty three patients were reviewed at an average follow-up of 16.5 months.According to the Macnab criteria,18 had excellent,3 good and 2 poor recovery, the excellent and good rate was 91.30%. There were no significant postoperative complications. Conclusions The PLDD is a kind of safe and efficacious minimally invasive surgical technique for cervical vertigo.
