钬激光前列腺剜除术及并发症的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨钬激光前列腺剜除术及并发症的发生原因和处理方法。方法对38例良性前列腺增生患者行钬激光前列腺剜除术,术中、术后并发症及相关处理进行临床分析。结果38例患者中出现并发症13例,其中术中大出血1例,冲洗液外渗1例,术后发热7例,尿失禁2例,术后大出血1例,排尿困难1例,经过相应处理后并发症均消除。结论钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺增生损伤小、并发症轻微。术前充分的准备和术中熟练的操作可以有效降低并发症的发生率。Objective To explore the incidence and management of the complications in holmium laser enucleation of the prostate(HoLEP)for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Thirty eight cases of BPH were treated by HoLEP.We analyzed the complications caused by HoLEP.Results In the 38 cases,a total of 13 cases were with different complications.All these cases recovered after corresponded management.Conclusions HoLEP has minor injury and complications.Adequate arrangement before operation and proficient skill can decrease the incidence of the complications greatly.
