连铸中间包挡渣堰系统的优化研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了本钢炼钢厂通过对连铸挡渣堰系统的优化研究,提高了中间包挡渣堰系统的冶金功能,保证了连铸坯的质量,尤其是内部质量满足高附加值钢种的要求,实践证明,新型挡渣堰系统的使用寿命及使用效果完全满足大生产要求,具有良好的推广应用价值。The paper introduces that the metallurgical function has been enhanced by means of research into the optimal slag dam system in the tundish for continuous casting,so as to ensure the slab quality,especial the internal quality which meets the request of the special steel grades having high additional value.It has been proved by practice that the new slag dam system could completely meet the request of heavy production with its long service life and good application result,this system is provided with the good popularizing and applying worth.
