高效液相色谱法测定三叶香茶菜中齐墩果酸含量

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,选用大连依利特Hypersil ODS2色谱柱,流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80:20),检测波长207nm,柱温22℃,测定广西三叶香茶菜中的齐墩果酸含量.结果表明,齐墩果酸在0.175～7μg之间呈线性关系,齐墩果酸平均回收率为98.91%,RSD为1.886%.该方法准确可行,重复性好,可以作为测定三叶香茶菜中齐墩果酸含量的方法.A HPLC method was developed.The Elite Hypersil ODS2 column was used,and mobile phase was composed of CH_3OH-0.1%H_3PO_4 solution(80∶20),the detection wavelength was at 207 nm and the column temperature was 22℃.The result showed that oleandic acid had the linear range of 0.175~7μg,the average recovery of oleandic acid was 98.91%,RSD=1.886%.The method of quantification is accurate,realiable and reproducible.It can be used effectively for the HPLC determination of oleandic acid in Herba isodonis ternifoliae.
