义和团时期的于荫霖

摘　　要：于荫霖与徐桐、李秉衡、毓贤等同样,深受儒家经典薰陶,忧国忧民,廉洁奉公,堪称良吏。但也同徐桐、李秉衡、毓贤同样,对已经发生巨变的国际局势并不了解,不懂得文化可以交流,共同进步,认为学习外国长处,就是离经叛道,将亡国灭种。洋人侵略中国,洋人都该杀,将爱国主义变成盲目排外,这种思想将被时代所淘汰。Yu Yinlin,same as XuTong,Li Bingheng,Yu Xian,and so on,deeply edifyed by the Confucianists'works,being concerned about his country and people,being honest in performing his offical duties,and can be named as a good official.But also same as XuTong,Li Bingheng and Yu Xian,YuYinlin didn't understand the international situation which had changed greatly,didn't understand that culture can exchange,and make progress together,and thought that learning the advantage of other country was to dicard the classics and rebel against orthodoxy,that would conquer the nation.The thought that foreigners invaded China and all foreigners must be killed,changed patriotism into blind rejection of foreign things,will be washed out by the times.
