摘　　要：目的:探讨永久起搏器安置术后并发症的原因及预防对策。方法:对468例安置永久起博器患者术后并发症进行分析,并实施针对性预防措施。结果:468例安置永久起博器患者,术后出现囊袋积血22例,占4.7%;感染3例,占0.6%;电极脱位5例,占1.1%;气胸3例,占0.6%;阈值升高5例,占1.1%。结论:加强永久起搏器安置术后患者的观察、预防及护理,可降低术后并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。Objectives:To investigate on the causes of complications after planting permanence pacemaker and the preventive measures.Methods:The complications of 468 patients who were planted the permanence pacemakers were analyzed and some preventive measures were taken for them.Results:Among the 468 patients,hematocele in pouch occurred in 22 patients(4.7%),inflammation occurred in 3 patients (0.6%),electrode dislocation occurred in 5 patients(1.1%),pneumothorax occurred in 3 patients(0.6%),and threshold increased in 5 patients(1.1%).Conclusions:It is important to observe,prevent and nurse the patients after being planted permanence pacemaker,which can decrease the occurrence of complications and increase the successful rate of planting.
