摘　　要：由于野生柴胡资源不足,上世纪80年代初开始野生柴胡变家种试验。目前,栽培技术基本成功,但在大面积柴胡播种技术上,还存在着选何地、选何品种、何时播种、种内变异等问题,有待进一步研究。Owing to wild Bupleurum resourses is lacking,wild Bupleurum began to become domes- tic Bupleurum during the beginning of 1980th.At present,cultivating technology is elementary suc- cess.But for cultivating technology of Bupleurum,there are many problems such as the choice of soil,variety,sowing time and the variance during species and so on.So further researches need making.
