摘  要:目的:研究侯氏黑散对大脑中动脉栓塞模型大鼠血液流变学指标、抗氧化酶及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,探讨侯氏黑散的脑保护作用机制。方法:建立大鼠永久性中动脉栓塞模型(MCAO),观察侯氏黑散对模型大鼠红细胞变形性、聚集性、血液黏度及缺血脑组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、MDA含量的影响。结果:侯氏黑散能明显改善局灶性脑缺血大鼠血液流变学各项指标,降低全血黏度,增加红细胞变形性并降低红细胞聚集性,明显升高缺血脑组织GSH-PX、SOD、CAT活性并显著降低MDA含量。结论:侯氏黑散对脑缺血损伤的保护作用可能与其改善模型大鼠血液流变性和自由基代谢有关。Objective:To study the effect of Houshiheisan on hemorheological parameters,antioxidase activities and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in the brain of rats with ischemia,so as to explore the protective mechanisms of rats with occlusion of the middle cerebral artery.Methods:Focal cerebral ischemia in rats was produced by 24 h occlusion of the middle cerebral artery(MCAO).The effects on blood viscosity,erythrocyte deformability and erythrocyte aggregability and the activities of GSH-PX、SOD、CAT and MDA in ischemic tissue of brain were observed.Results:Houshiheisan could significantly improve the erythrocyte deformability,reduce blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregability and improve the activities of all the enzymes mentioned above and reduce the contents of MDA in ischemic tissue of brain.Conclusion:The results indicate Houshiheisan provides protective effect against focal cerebral ischemic injury and this effect may be related to improving the hemorheological parameters,increasing in activities of the GSH-PX、SOD、CAT,and reducing the lipid peroxidation.
