毛囊炎金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验

摘　　要：从一例人毛囊炎脓液中分离到一株细菌,经细菌形态特性观察,培养特性观察,血浆凝固酶试验鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌。该分离菌株对小白鼠有致病性,生化试验表明VP试验阳性,发酵甘露醇,从而证明本病的病原为致病性金黄色葡萄球菌。抗生素药敏试验结果表明,该菌株对先锋霉素Ⅴ、头孢拉定、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、氟哌酸、卡那霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、氨苄青霉素等高度敏感,对复方新诺明、乙酰螺旋霉素、罗红霉素、红霉素等不敏感。中草药药敏试验结果表明,该菌株对乌梅、黄连、诃子、黄柏等高度敏感,对其它中草药不敏感。One strain of germ was identificated as the Staphylococcus aureus which was isolated from human folliculitis pus through the observation of characteristic appearance,observation of characteristic cultivation and plasma-coagulase test.This strain of germ from folliculitis pus was proved to be pathogenic Staphylococcus aureus because it led to mouse disease and its bio-chemical test that VP test was positive and it could ferment the mannital.The test of drug sensitivity to antibiotic resulted in that this strain of germ was high sensitive to the cephazolin,the cephradine,the enrofloxacin,the ciprofloxacin,the norfloxacin,the kanamycin,the amikacin and the ampicillin etc but it was not sensitive to the compound sulfamethoxazole,the acetyl spiramycin,the roxithromycin and the erythromycin and so on.The drug sensitivity test of Chinese herbal medicine result in that it was high sensitive to the smoked plum,the coptis rhizome,the medicine terminalia fruit and the cortex phellodendri,but it was not sensitive to the other Chinese herbal medicine.
