摘　　要：发展以能源化工品为热点的现代煤化工,是我国实施石油替代能源战略的有效途径之一,有利于我国化学工业的结构调整及满足国民经济发展的需要。但受诸多因素综合影响,作者认为,我国煤化工的发展现已呈现过热的态势,当务之急应以科学发展观为统领,结合实际,认真总结经验教训,加速转变煤化工产业的发展方式。文章对煤制油、甲醇/二甲醚、甲醇制烯烃、煤制天然气等煤基能源化工品的投资、成本、技术、市场、风险、环保、能源利用率等诸多方面提出若干探讨性的意见和建议,以供业界同行参考。The development of the modern coal chemical industry which focuses on chemical products for energy application is one of the effective ways in performing the oil-substitution strategy of China.It will help restructure China′s chemical industry so as to meet the demand of the national economic development.The authors are of the opinion that jointly affected by lots of factors,the present development of China′s coal chemical industry is not orderly oriented and tends to be overheated.The urgent task ahead of ...
